Exchange Bound Book A for Bound Book B

BEFORE IT SHIPS: You can exchange the wrong Bound Book for another Bound Book if you contact Customer Service before 4:00 PM EST on the same day you placed the order. If you placed your order after 4:01 PM EST on a Friday you have until the following Monday before 4:00 PM EST to request an item exchange.

AFTER IT SHIPS: You can exchange the wrong Bound Book for another Bound Book if you contact Customer Service within 27 business days of placing your order. You must also return the incorrect Bound Book back to our shipping department before we ship out your replacement.

Exchange PDF A for PDF B

You can exchange the wrong PDF for another PDF at any time, within 27 business days of your orginal order date—even if your order is complete.

 

Exchange Bound Book A for PDF A or B

You can exchange a Bound Book for a PDF, if you contact Customer Service before 4:00 PM EST on the same day you placed the order. If you placed your order after 4:01 PM EST on a Friday you have until the following Monday before 4:00 PM EST to request an item exchange. Bound Books changed to PDFs will immediately show up and be available for download in the My Downloadable Products section of your user account, once the exchange has been processed.

 

Exchange PDF A for Bound Book A or B

You can exchange a PDF for a Bound Book if you contact Customer Service within 27 business days of placing your order; you must provide them a US mailing address to ship your requested items to.

 

 

 

If there is a difference in price, in our favor, between the item you originally purchased and the item you wish to receive in exchange, it will be at our discretion to offer you a partial refund. If there is a difference in price, in your favor, between the item you originally purchased and the item you wish to receive in exchange, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay a 'surcharge' before we make any changes to the items listed on your order.

It is at our discretion to deny an exchange request for any reason, including but not limited to: a request to exchange an item of lesser value for an item of greater value; a request to receive a new item to replace an older version; a request to ship an item outside the US and/or to a P.O. Box mailing address.
